Annual Conference
Aim:
to organize a conference that will raise the motivation of client's sales team. Event included official part with business sessions - sharing best practices, award ceremony for the best sales performers of the year ang gala dinner.
Location:
Moscow region

Detail:
2-day event, number of participants: 504 people.

Scope:
The agency developed creative concept for the event "Build your Universe" related to the space theme. All the event content and merchandise of the guests were designed according to creative concept. Agency provided participant logistics, venue management, catering management, organized registration process.

Results:
Client recorded sales growth of 10% first quarter after the event.
National roadshow for the large bank client to include 8 different cities
Aim:
To increase brand awareness and loyalty among wide audience through participation in socially significant activities within the framework of city events (i.e. sports, environmental, educational festivals and celebrations organized by city administration). Media placement in local media as partners / sponsors of a series of regional events.

Annual International Conference
Aim:
Organize a conference for company distributors from 80 countries. To create the event program combining best Russian traditions and the most modern technologies.

Scope:
Full management of the project – budgeting, creative concept development, technical production, logistics, accommodation of participants, interactive &cultural program, construction in the venue, catering, Program to include: welcome dinner, main conference part, gala dinner.

Unbelievable, but it is a fact:
The project was prepared in 1.5 months
Had to change the event venue 2 weeks before the project due to force-majeure.
New venue was found by the agency and all new technical documentation and designs developed for production of the event

Results:
For the client, according to the results of the survey, satisfaction with the event was 98%.

International Online Distributor Conference
Aim:
To transfer largest annual offline event to online format (due to pandemic of COVID-19) and keep all program elements
Detail:
450 participants from 80 countries in Europe, Asia, Latin and Central America & Africa
3 weeks to prepare the event in the new format

Scope:
Development of the event program to include
- speakers' presentations
- best distributor award ceremony
- live Q&A session with company top management
- round tables sessions

Creative concept of the event:
key visuals, branding, broadcast studio design & construction at the filming location. Filming took place for 2 days with over 30 people technical team of the project.

The event was produced by a producer with 10 years of TV live broadcast experience
Multimedia content production – graphics, videos, speaker's presentations
Technical support – development of online broadcast platform for participants, conference page, mailings to participants

Result:
The company has demonstrated to partners and employees that despite new business reality it adopts to changes and finds opportunities for development. Annual partner event in Dublin
Aim:
to organize an event for top management of largest client distributors in Russia and CIS countries

Scope:
This was one of our most memorable projects. The flight from Moscow to Dublin was cancelled when participants were already at the airport, due to the heavy snow storm. We had to urgently re-schedule the group for a connecting flight via France and make adjustments to the Dublin program. We managed to get the group to Ireland, where an award-winning program was prepared with a conference, a visit to the Guinness distillery, whiskey tastings and a visit to the racetrack.

Result:
During this unpredictable trip, the participants united so much that they decided to organize another joint event in a month. The result of the trip was the expansion of cooperation with 30% of partners.

Aim:
to organize a partner event for top management

Scope:
A luxury five-star hotel in the vineyards of Caudalie Beauty was chosen for accommodation. This was a place where everything is saturated with the spirit of elegance. Program included everything for the discerning audience - a Grand Cru wines tasting, a visit to the Remy Marten House and a 100-year-old cognac tasting, tour to an oyster farm.

Corporate event for client sales outlet staff, number of people: 300, company profile – production and sales of sports goods

Scope:
Event program was developed, which combined a club party with sports activities. Award ceremony was organized with memorable prizes presented to winners. The enchanting end of the evening was the Paper Show

Event satisfaction was 95%


Balashikha City Day
Организация участия компании в рамках мероприятий, посвященных дню города.

Aim:
To organize client participation in the Celebration of the 190th anniversary of Balashikha city near Moscow. To create an outdoor branded space showing company products that could be visited by guests of the Celebration. Organize activities for visitors, raise brand awareness and loyalty
Location:
Balashikha .

Scope:
The main target audience were mothers with children who usually attend such events and are client customers. Agency task was to create a set of activities within a limited budget. The proposed options included bubble show and face painting.

Results:
As a result of the event held in the stores of the partners of the city, sales increased by 5%.
From the city administration - gratitude for the active contribution to social projects.

Employee event
Aim:
Introduce new company mission and values to employees, raise employee's corporate spirit and uncover their talents.

Scope:
The mission and values were communicated to employees via characters and plot from a popular Russian fairy-tale. Agency included into the plot terms and activities from the modern IT world (company background). This allowed to communicate values and mission via familiar characters, and make this funny and easy to memorize.
The program also included Drum team building and Dance flashmob presented by ladies from the company

Results:
90% of employees even a month after the event were able to name the mission and values of the company


International Online Partner Conference
Aim:
to present company's new IT product for HR departments via organizing an online event
Scope:
Event organized within very tight time limit
Agency developed event registration page, monitored the process and did mailings to participants
Broadcast script, graphics and titles were prepared to hold the event
Technical production of the broadcast - filming of speakers at the client's office and online broadcast
Teleconference with speakers' from 4 countries and 7 different locations

Obstacles:
The client changed the event script last minute, changes were made 30 minutes before the live broadcast. Agency had to adopt very quick and amend broadcast plan and graphics.

Result:
The event was attended by 70% of the registered users. 80% of them watched the broadcast till the end.
